What is included in my collection?

Will I get exactly what is pictured?

Yes! You will receive the exact same items pictured in the same quantities.

What size tree will my collection cover?

Typically 6-8 foot trees​. Our ornaments work best on sturdier branches, artificial trees are ideal. Collections will cover 2/3 of 9-10 ft trees, perfect for trees that are against a wall or in a corner/

Do you sell individual ornaments? No, we only sell the entire collection except at the end of the season during our surplus sale.

What happens if an ornament comes in broken?

If the item is in stock, we will be happy to ship you a replacement free of charge. If the item is not in stock we will substitute one of similar style and equal value. ​

Do your themes change every year?

Yes! We will repeat some of our most popular themes but will also introduce new themes every season.​

What is a pre-order? You may advance purchase your collection during our month long pre-order event. Our collections come in very limited quantities so it is best to reserve yours early during this event. ​

When do pre-orders ship?

Pre-orders begin shipping in October. You will receive a shipping notice and tracking number once shipped.

How much will the collections be and do you offer payment plans?

Collections start at $1599. You can pay in 4 installments through Pay Pal After Pay, Klarma or Shop pay. We also accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
