What is included in my collection?
Ornaments, florals, sprays, ribbons and any garlands or accents that may be part of your collection.
Will I get exactly what is pictured?
Yes! You will receive the exact same items pictured in the same quantities unless otherwise stated.
What size tree will my collection cover?
Typically 6-8 foot trees. Our ornaments work best on sturdier branches, artificial trees are ideal. Collections will cover most 9-10 ft trees, displayed against a wall or in a corner. *Please, note, the actual tree is not included.
Do you sell individual ornaments and ribbon?
Yes! We offer a surplus sale on extra decor, you can join our insider list to be notified of any additional special sales or events.
What happens if an ornament comes in broken?
If the item is in stock, we will be happy to ship you a replacement free of charge. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you for that item.
Do your themes change every year?
Yes! We will repeat some of our most popular themes but will also introduce new themes every season.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can choose an installment plan at checkout.
How much do you charge for installations?
Prices are tailored to each client based on their needs but typically average $75 per foot. Installations are for tree decor only. The tree must be assembled with lights before hand. If you have bought a collection you will receive a one time 30% installation discount.
What areas do you offer installation service?
Locations within a 75 mile radius of Baton Rouge, LA. However, we ship ornament collections to anywhere in the United States.
Will you do custom orders?
Yes! Designing collections and decor specific to your home is one of my favorite things! I do charge a $250 design fee that is credited toward any collection or product your purchase.
Will you do mantles, wreaths, bannisters and front doors?
Yes! However, I am only able to add OUTSIDE decor to garlands that have been pre-installed. I do not take on the liability of damaging your front door, brick or stucco! I will however, help you purchase your garland and wreaths if needed.
